Come ready to win some amazing prizes! We'll have three drawings at 1:30, 2:30, and 4:00 p.m.
The 1:30 p.m. drawing will include a gift certificate to McMenamins and will be date-night themed. You must be present at the time of drawing to win.
The 2:30 p.m. drawing will include a coupon for 50% off any date in 2025 or 2026 (excluding holidays) at The Troutdale House by the Sandy River. This gift certificate is for new bookings/clients only, is non-transferable, and has no cash value. You must be present at the time of drawing to win.
The last prize drawing will be at 4:00 p.m. and will include a one-night stay at the Ocean Lodge Resort in Cannon Beach and a CASH prize! You are not required to be present for this final drawing to win.
Receive entry tickets by visiting vendors at the show. The more vendors you visit, the more entry tickets you will receive! You can spread out your entry tickets across all three drawings or you can use them all for the same prize. It's completely up to you!
Wedding vendors, their employees, and/or family members are not eligible to enter or win the grand prize.

Spots are available for $100-$175, depending on placement and whether access to electricity is required.
The fee includes a 6-foot table. If you do not need the provided table, please indicate that in your sign-up form.
Tablecloth rental is available for an additional $6.
PLACEMENT AND AVAILABILITY
Spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limited number of spaces in each area.
Placement is determined by The Troutdale House to ensure a successful event. When signing up, please list your first, second, and third choice spot preference.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot at the show. To maintain variety, we limit the number of vendors per category. Once that category is full, no additional vendors in that category will be accepted.
