Explore an incredible selection of top industry vendors while you sample delicious food, drinks, and desserts! Come hungry, stay awhile, and get ready to be inspired!
Don't forget to enter to win our fantastic prizes. There will be three drawings at 1:30, 2:30, and 4 p.m.
- 1:30 p.m. drawing includes a $100 gift certificate to McMenamins for a date night, and a basket of goodies.
- 2:30 p.m. drawing is for 50% off any date in 2026 or 2027 at The Troutdale House (excluding holidays). This prize can only be used by new clients and/or for new bookings, is nontransferable, and has no cash value. This prize also includes a basket of goodies.
- 4:00 p.m. drawing is for a 1-night stay at the Ocean Lodge Inn in Cannon Beach, Oregon, a large CASH prize, and a basket of goodies!
You must be present at the time of the drawing to win. If your name is called and you aren't present, a new name will be drawn until a winner is present.
HOW DO I RECEIVE ENTRY TICKETS FOR THE PRIZE DRAWINGS?
That's a great question, I'd love to tell you! As an attendee, you can obtain entry tickets from the vendors at the show. Every vendor will have entry tickets available at their table. The more vendors you visit, the more entry tickets you can acquire. Visiting all of the vendors will give you over 40 entry tickets. Please remember, one entry ticket per vendor, per couple.
You then decide how to allocate your entry tickets among the prizes. The prize entry boxes will be located at The Troutdale House table. You can put all your tickets toward one prize or spread them across all three. It is entirely up to you!
Wedding show vendors, their employees, and/or family members are not eligible to enter or win any of the offered prizes.

Vendor spaces are available for $100-$175. Pricing depends on venue placement and electricity access requirements.
The space fee includes a 6-foot table. If you do not need the provided table, please indicate that on your sign-up form.
Tablecloth rental is available for an additional $6.
PLACEMENT AND AVAILABILITY
Vendor spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. There are limited spaces in each area.
Vendor placement is up to the sole discretion of The Troudale House and is carefully crafted to ensure a successful event. Please list your first, second, and third-choice spot preferences when completing the sign-up form.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Applying does not guarantee a spot in the Spring Into Love Wedding Show. To maintain variety, we limit the number of vendors per category. Once we have filled a category, no additional vendors will be accepted.
